Could you confirm which Acti app version you're on? You can find it under Settings → About in the app.
Also — are you on the latest version from the App Store / Play Store? Updating sometimes resolves known issues. Let us know what version you see!

Could you walk us through the exact steps that lead to the issue? For example:
1. Open Acti
2. Go to [screen/feature]
3. Tap [button/action]
4. [What happens vs what you expected]

- Sign-in method (Apple, Google, email, etc.)
- Exact error message (screenshot helps!)

- When did this start — after an update, or out of nowhere?
